Form USCIS I-9, also known as the Employment Eligibility Verification form, is a document used to verify the identity and employment eligibility of individuals hired to work in the United States. What Is USCIS Form I-9?

Each individual who wants to be employed for a certain position on the territory of the U.S. has to prepare appropriate documentation confirming he/she is eligible for such employment. Once all the required documents are prepared, an applicant has to complete a form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. In addition to this template a person has to pra prospective employer with papers confirming his/her identity and eligibility. Both an employer and employee have to prepare a blank I-9. The employer should assist an applicant in completing the sample.
